Green Chutney
- Coriander leaves: 1/2 cup
- Green chilli: 2
- Garlic Cloves: 4
- Salt

Cooking
- Heat some butter in a pan.
- Place the assembled sandwich in it.
- Cook it on a low flame from both sides.
- The paneer sandwich is ready to eat.
2. Vegetable sandwich
Assembling
- Take two slices of Bread.
- Spread butter on both.
- Spread Green chutney on one slice and Tomato ketchup on the other.
- Place the chopped slices of boiled potato, tomato, and capsicum over it.
- Spread some Chaat masala over it.
- Grate some cheese. (optional)
- Now close the sandwich.
Toasting
- Heat the butter in a pan.
- Place the sandwich by applying butter on both sides.
- After toasting from both sides Vegetable sandwich will be ready.
3. Veg Mayo Sandwich
- Take a bowl and add
- Onion: 1(thinly chopped)
- Tomato: 1(finely chopped)
- Capsicum: 1(thinly chopped)
- Chilli flakes: 1/2 tbsp
- Black pepper: 1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Veg Mayonnaise: 2 tbsp
Assembling & Toasting
- Spread butter on two slices of bread.
- Spread the Mayonnaise stuffing over it and close the sandwich.
- Heat the butter in the pan and place the sandwich in it.
- The Veg Mayo sandwich is ready to serve.
4. Cheese Sandwich
- Spread butter on two slices of bread.
- Place the Cheese slice on one piece of bread.
- Spread thinly chopped onion, tomato, and capsicum over it.
- To give the spicy taste sprinkle some chilli flakes, black pepper, and oregano.
- Now heat the butter and place the assembled sandwich in the pan.
- Cook it on low flame and the Cheese sandwich is ready to serve with tomato ketchup or shezwan chutney.
5. Curd sandwich
Filling
- Take a bowl and add
- Onion: thinly chopped
- Tomato: thinly chopped
- Capsicum: thinly chopped
- Curd: 2 tbsp(without water)
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli: 1/2 tbsp
- Garam masala: 1/2 tbsp
Toasting
- Now Spread the filling on a slice of bread and close the sandwich’s second slice.
- Now heat some oil in a pan and place the sandwich in it.
- Cook it from both sides.
- Now serve the Curd sandwich with tea.
