- Crush 4 boiled potatoes into it with fresh coriander.
- Mix them for a few minutes by adding minimum water and aloo masala is ready.

- Take a sandwich maker or tadka pan.
- Spread some oil into it.
- Now spread the batter into it.
- Place the aloo masala in the center of it.
- Pour the batter above it.
- Now close the sandwich maker and put it on low flame.
- Cook it properly till golden brown.
