Making aloo masala for stuffing
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and add the following ingredients.
- Mustard seed: 1 tbsp
- Curry leaf: 7-8
- 1/2 inch Ginger, 2 green chilli, 4 garlic cloves: crushed
- Saute them properly and add
- Fresh coriander
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder

- Boiled potato: 5 (mashed)
- Add salt as per taste and aloo masala will be ready.
Green Chutney for Bombay masala sandwich
- Take these ingredients into a mixer jar.
- Fresh coriander: 2 cups
- Mint leaves: 12-15
- Garlic cloves: 5-6
- Green chilli: 4
- Desiccated Coconut: 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
- Minimum water
- Grind them well to prepare thick chutney(sauce).
How to make Bombay Masala sandwich
Assembling
- Take the required slices of bread.
- Apply butter to the slices.
- Apply green chutney to them.
- Grate cheese over one slice.
- Now spread the aloo masala in the center of the slice.
- Place the slices of cucumber, tomato, and capsicum.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala over them.
- Cover the sandwich with another slice of bread.
Grilling
- Heat the toaster on the gas flame.
- Place the sandwich in it by applying butter on both sides.
- Grill it properly on medium flame.
- Now the Bombay masala toast sandwich is ready to eat with your favorite sauces.
