Ingredients for Green Chutney(sauce)
100gm Fresh Coriander | 5-6 Green chilli | 5-6 pcs Garlic | 2 medium size Ginger | 1 TBSP Roasted chana |
25gm Mint leaves | 1 cup Besan sev | 2 TBSP lemon juice | Salt to taste | Black salt |
Recipe
- Take a bowl filled with cold water and soak all the green ingredients in it for 5-7 minutes. (Green chili, Mint leaves, and Fresh coriander)
- Now take all these ingredients in a mixer grinder and also add some Ice cubes.
- 0Also, add these ingredients to it.
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Roasted chana
- Besan Sev (Gram Flour sev)
- Salt to taste
- Black salt
- Lemon Juice
- Cold water
- Grind them well into the mixer to make a fine thick Green Chutney.
- You can serve this Chutney with Sandwiches, Fritters, Samosa, and many other snacks.

- You can use any Sev or Bread in place of Sev.
- The quantity of ingredients varies with the number of servings.
