2. Finger Sandwich
Stuffing
- Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
- Carrot: 1/2 cup (grated)
- Capsicum: 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Pepper: 1/2 tbsp
- Salt: as per taste
- Mix them well.
Finger sandwich recipe
- Cut the edges of the bread.
- Apply butter on both slices.
- Spread the stuffing on the slice.
- Place the chopped pieces of cucumber on it.
- Now close it with another bread slice.
- It is ready to cook without even cooking.
3. Dahi Sandwich
Stuffing
- Take the dahi(curd) which is without any water in it.
- Now add the following ingredients.
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Cabbage: 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
- Calsicum: 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
- Corn: 2 tbsp (boiled)
- Pepper: 1/2 tbsp
- Salt: as per taste
Dahi sandwich recipe
- Now assemble a sandwich by spreading the stuffing between two bread slices.
- Cut the dahi sandwich into two pieces and it is ready to eat.
