Take a simple pan add 1 TBSP of oil and add the following ingredients to it.
- Cumin seeds: 1/2 TBSP
- Onions(chopped): 2
- Ginger paste: 1 TBSP
- Green chilies(chopped): 3
- After the onions turn red add other ingredients in it.
- Turmeric powder: 1/2 TBSP
- Chillie powder: 2 TBSP
- Cumin powder: 1 TBSP
- Chaat masala: 1/2 TBSP
- Salt to taste
- Garam Masala powder: 1/2 TBSP
- Cook it for 5 minutes.
- Add 5 medium-sized boiled potatoes and mash them while cooking.
- Add 1 cup of cooked green peas.
- Coriander leaves(chopped)
- Juice of 1 lemon.
- Mix these well and our filling will be ready.

Grind these ingredients in mixer grinder to make a fine paste of Green Sauce
- Fresh Coriander
- Green Chillies: 2-3 pos
- Ginger Garlic paste: 1 TBSP
- Curry leaves: 3-4 (optional)
- Roasted Chana Dal: 1 TBSP
- Minimum water
How to make Aloo Sandwich at home
Assembling of Sandwich
- Take 2 bread slices.
- Spread some Green sauce on one slice and Tomato ketchup on the other slice of bread.
- Place a cheese slice on the green sauce side and spread Aloo masala on it.
- Now Spread grated cheese on it. (You can also use mozzarella cheese or processed cheese of your choice)
- Then place the other side on the top and it is ready to cook.
Cooking the sandwich
- Now take a grill pan and apply butter on it. (You can also use a simple pan)
- Place the sandwich in the pan and gently press it with your hand, also apply butter on top of it.
- Cook the first side completely on medium flame and flip it to cook other the side.
- After it turns golden brown from both sides it will be ready to serve.
