1.Veg Cheese Toasties
Garlic butter
- 100gm unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves(grated)
- 1 TBSP chilli flakes
- Salt
- Mix it well and the garlic butter is ready.
Filling
- Boiled corn: 1 cup
- Red capsicum(chopped): 1 cup
- Green capsicum(chopped): 1 cup
- Onion(chopped): 1 cup
- Garlic(chopped): 1 TBSP
- Pepper: 1 TBSP
- Italian Seasoning: 1 TBSP
- Red chili flakes: 1½ TBSP
- Grated mozzarella cheese: 1 cup
- Fresh Coriander leaves (chopped)
- Mix these properly to make the filling
Cooking
- Take two slices of bread.
- Spread the garlic butter on the slices.
- Spread the filling on one slice.
- Now close the sandwich by placing another slice on it.
- Apply butter on the outer side of the sandwich.
- Now heat the butter in the pan and place the sandwich for cooking in it.
- Our sandwich will be cooked in a few minutes.
2. Bombay sandwich
Masala powder for sandwich
- Cumin seeds: 3 TBSP
- Fennel seeds: 1 TBSP
- Cloves
- Peppercorn: 1 TBSP
- Cinnamon: 2-3
- Roast them for a few minutes
- Pass these ingredients into a grinder jar with other ingredients.
- Black salt: 1/2 TBSP
- Amchur powder: 1 TBSP
- Grind them well to prepare the masala powder.
Mint coriander sauce
- Take these ingredients in a mixer grinder
- Mint leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Green chilli: 3
- Chopped ginger
- Lemon juice: 1/2 lemon
- Black salt: 1/2 TBSP
- Now our Sauce is ready after grinding them.
Cooking
- Take 2 slices of bread and spread butter on both.
- Now spread Mint coriander sauce.
- Place the slices of boiled potato.
- Sprinkle some masala powder on it.
- Place the slices of onion on it and sprinkle the same masala.
- Now apply mint coriander sauce on the second slice and place its sauce side down on the first slice.
- Now spread butter and a layer of sauce on it.
- Place the slices of tomato, and cucumber and sprinkle some masala on it.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on it.
- Close the sandwich with the third slice by applying butter and sauce on the inner side.
- Finally, grill the sandwich on the grill pan by applying butter.

3. Corn Mayo Sandwich
Corn Mayo filling
- Put the following ingredients in a pan after heating 2 TBSP of oil.
- Onion(chopped): 1 large
- Garlic(chopped) : 1 TBSP
- Red/green capsicum: 1/2 cup
- Mix them well and Add:-
- Corn(boiled): 1/2 cup
- After sauteing for 2 minutes add the following ingredients.
- Salt
- Pepper: 1 TBSP
- Italian seasoning: 1 TBSP
- Mix them and pass them into the bowl.
- After cooling it properly add fresh coriander and 2 TBSP Mayonnaise to the filling.
Cooking
- Take the slices of bread and cut their edges.
- Now spread the required amount of Corn-Mayo filling on one slice.
- Close the sandwich with another slice.
- Cut them into a triangle shape.
- You can either eat this sandwich without toasting or you can grill them.
4. Coleslaw sandwich
Salad Dressing
- Mayonnaise: 3/4 cup
- Mustard sauce: 1 cup
- Sugar: 1/2 TBSP
- Salt
- Lemon juice: 1 medium size
Coleslaw stuffing
- Cabbage(thinly shredded): 1 cup
- Carrot(thinly sliced): 1 piece
- Onion(thinly sliced): 1 piece
- Green capsicum:(thinly sliced): 1 piece
- Red capsicum:(thinly sliced): 1 piece
- Now mix the prepared Salad dressing in it.
Making of sandwich
- Take 2 slices of bread.
- Spread the coleslaw filling on a slice.
- Close it with the other slice.
- Now you can enjoy them with juice as snacks without toasting.
5. Paneer Bhurji sandwich
Paneer Bhurji for stuffing
- Heat 2 TBSP of oil in a pan and saute some ingredients in it.
- Onion: 1 large(chopped)
- Green chili: 2(chopped)
- Once the onions are transparent add other ingredients.
- Capsicum: 1/2(chopped)
- Tomato: 1 large(chopped)
- After sauteing the vegetables for 5 minutes add
- Turmeric powder: 1 TBSP
- Red chili powder: 1 TBSP
- Garam Masala powder: 1 TBSP
- Salt: 1 TBSP
- Grate 200gm fresh paneer into it and mix it together nicely.
- Finally, add fresh chopped coriander to Paneer Bhurji.
Cooking
- Take some bread slices.
- Spread the first layer of butter and the other layer of green sauce on a slice.
- Now spread out Paneer Bhurji on it.
- Finally, close the sandwich with another slice.
- Now grill the sandwich on a griller or pan and the tasty sandwich will be ready to eat
